Hope you guys had a nice Valentine's and Chinese New Year weekend. Oh, how I have missed celebrating with my Chinese friends back home... and I used to hate the sound of firecrackers! It has been years since I last saw a lion dance during Chinese New Year too. Why isn't there any in Aberdeen? Where's all the fun?
As I have been extremely occupied since my last post (or forever), I hadn't had the chance to write anything at all. My job takes all the hours off my soul - in a good way, and I have been busily gym-ing and playing catch-up with friends around. Weekend is weekend and it's always Sunday evening before you even know it.
The Dude is finally here, looking all handsome and macho, together with the 50mm, 14-42mm and 200mm lenses. And a tripod. It is much brighter in the evening now and I am looking forward to going somewhere one weekend. Since I am not going to play driver, I am looking for someone who has a good driving skill AND a good company. It's a bonus if he/she is into photography too. This could be a group assignment and I am looking for a group of 4.
I have briefly mentioned about this before to a friend but if anybody is up for it, let me know. The road trip would be outside Aberdeen, ideally along the east coast and we'll have a few stops along the way. No fee, just your share of petrol money :-) Bring your gear but more importantly, fun spirit.
Anyone interested?
P/s I'll bring home baked cookies!
