This is not quite a photo journal entry, or is it?
This photo was taken around 1.30am at Terminal 5, Heathrow Airport showing a long queue at British Airways customer service counter after being told that our luggages would only arrive in the morning. Nobody was happy, of course, after having a cancelled flight, two hours of delayed departure AND two hours stuck in the aircraft after 'ground staff could not find a staircase'. Credits to the people at the counter who were dealing well with angry and frustrated passengers. We finally got our luggages at 3am. Not sure if I would opt for the same airline and airport in the future when it comes to holiday season! Cold, tired and hungry, it was definitely the longest journey home.
